The Spring Creek Association’s Architectural Committee meets Monday at 5:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Fairway Community Center. Agenda items include the first reading of a revised home occupancy rule, as well as applications for home occupancy permits from Wizards Property Maintenance at 7782 Spring Valley Parkway, Island Breeze Wellness LLC at 111 Birchwood Drive and Flyin’ T mobile ice cream trailer at 324 Oakmont Drive.

The Elko Town Redevelopment Agency meets at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Elko Town Hall. The agency will consider the 2022 storefront improvement grant program which has an annual budget of $50,000. The program received a grant application of up to $25,000 from Glennon and Sandoval this year. They will also consider extending the time allocated for the construction of a 2021 grant project to the Tedesco Foundation for Technical Theater Arts at 240 Seventh St.

The Elko City Council meets Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Elko City Hall. The council will consider dissolving an agreement with the Central Administrative Dispatch Authority to transfer oversight to an Elko County station independent of any current public safety service; a concession agreement with Richard Whittington to provide professional instruction on the tennis courts at Elko Main City Park for a percentage of his fees; add June 19 (June 19) to the list of 11 existing statutory holidays observed by the City; the awarding of American Rescue Plan Act small business grants of $25,000 to The Star and $5,000 to cosmetologist Beauty Mayhem by Courtney; and $10,000 in ARPA lost revenue funds to the Elko Junior Football League.

The Elko Television District Council meets at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Nannini Administration Building, Room 102. The council will discuss increasing the Television District’s presence in Elko County and possible conversion to another fiber optic provider for television signals.

The Elko County Roads Committee meets Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Nannini Administration Building, Room 102. The committee will consider updating the road infrastructure pricing plan by adding right-of-way and right-of-way allowances for Pilot Valley Road, Lucky Nugget Road, Section 8, Lower Lamoille Road. , and Canyon/Hog Tommy Road.

The Elko County Budget Committee meets at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Nannini Administration Building, Room 102. The committee will consider establishing a Grants and Compliance Officer position in the Office of Tax Affairs using funds budgeted for the CFO/Deputy County Manager position that is not to be filled, and in the future may be covered by grants.
