Local Marketing Firm Gets New Digs In Arts District

Marketing communications agency Jackson Spalding is roaming the arts district with new offices.

The company has just signed a lease for One Arts Plaza in Billingsley Co. It will occupy 10,148 square feet on the 9th floor of the building.

Jackson Spalding is in his 10th year in the subway, and his executives see the move as an opportunity to boost their business growth.

“We couldn’t be more excited about this new chapter at One Arts Plaza as we enter our tenth year as an agency in Dallas,” said Joanna Singleton, co-owner of Jackson Spalding.

“Our team looks forward to capitalizing on the momentum of our growth in a dynamic new environment that will inspire creativity and collaboration. “

Dan Harris and Craig Wilson of Cushman & Wakefield organized the rental logistics for Jackson Spalding. Sarah Hinkley and Luke Walter of Thirty-Four Commercial represented Billingsley Co. in the case.

In anticipation of strong demand in the downtown market, Bilingsley has built a number of speculative 2,000 to 5,000 square foot suites at One Arts. And Billingsley’s partner Lucy Burns says the market hasn’t disappointed.

“With this lease, we are 95% leased to One Arts. The demand in the downtown market has been strong and as a result we are achieving excellent results with our specification suite program, ”she said.
