All Sartell Adopt a local marketing approach

SARTELL – The Sartell CVB, in other words All Sartell, have adopted marketing themselves locally.

The organization split from St. Cloud CVB in 2017, to focus directly on what Sartell has to offer visitors.

Nikki sweeter is Sartell’s Director of Engagement. She says that with no convention centers in town, the organization is building on their strengths.

These are our youth sports associations and our awesome sites like the community center, the RDR arena and others. So we really try to capitalize on the visitors who already come to these spaces.

She says from a tourism point of view it has been nice to see an increase in the number of visitors compared to a year ago.

Even this summer at Pinecone Central Park it was business as usual, every tournament schedule was coming back. Now our community center is starting to see a slight increase in hours as the winter season approaches.

Sweeter says many of their sports facilities generate more interest than availability.

She says their relationship with the school district has been a valuable partnership in helping meet their overflow needs when it comes to tournament planning.

Sweeter says the next big community event is their annual Monster Dash on October 30 at the Sartell Community Center. There will also be Trick or Treating for the kids thanks to local businesses.
